About Us
We are a newly formed rescue who rescues abandoned, abused and feral kittens in the Greater Ottawa Region. We are a small rescue consisting of dedicated volunteers who give the best of care to all rescued kittens.
We are a Registered Charity # 83936 5368 RR0001 and a not for profit organization.
Our task is to help ease the pain and suffering of rescued kittens. Our main goal is to find people to adopt or foster our kittens so they will always be well looked after and loved.
We work with our foster homes to find suitable, permanent homes for these rescued kittens. We ensure that each kitten rescued by VKR is treated medically, including shots and de-worming. The kittens are spayed/neutered at 5 months of age.
VKR does not have a main facility. Our kittens are placed in temporary foster homes until a permanent adoptive home is found.
